Blocks Master is a business-to-business platform for distributing charter and block airline seats between travel agencies. It is operated by Client Care Solutions CCS-Global, 37 Abdel Razak Al Sanhouri, Nasr City, Cairo (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data the platform handles, why, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible for the data
For the accounts of agencies and their staff, and for enquiries sent through this website, we decide how the data is used and are responsible for it.
Passenger details are entered by the travel agency that makes the booking. That agency is responsible for having a lawful basis to share them and for informing its passengers; we process them on the agency’s behalf, and on behalf of the agency operating the flight, only to make, ticket, change and cancel the booking.
What we collect
- Access requests — agency name, contact name, email, phone, country, IATA or licence number and your message.
- Accounts — name, email, phone, the agency and role you belong to, and your password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Passengers — title, first and last name, passenger type, nationality, passport or national ID number with place of issue and expiry date, mobile number, email and special assistance requests such as wheelchair assistance.
- Bookings and money — flights, fares, hold fees, cancellations, refunds, e-ticket numbers and every wallet movement, together with who performed it.
- Security and technical data — sign-in times, IP address, browser details, one-time verification codes and trusted-device records, used to protect accounts and to keep an audit trail.
Why we use it
- To reply to access requests and set up agency accounts.
- To make, hold, ticket, change and cancel bookings, and to produce e-tickets, statements and reports.
- To tell agencies and passengers about their bookings and about schedule changes, by email and, where the agency has enabled it, WhatsApp.
- To keep accurate financial records of wallets, charges and refunds.
- To keep the platform secure, prevent misuse and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use passenger data for marketing.
Who we share it with
- The agencies involved in a booking — the selling agency, its parent agency and the agency that operates or shares the flight see the booking details they need.
- Airlines and charter operators, for the passenger manifest and check-in.
- Service providers who run the platform for us: web hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging (Meta Platforms) and website analytics. They may only use the data to provide their service.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers are outside your country. Where data leaves it, we rely on the provider’s contractual and security commitments to protect it.
How long we keep it
Booking, ticket and wallet records are kept for as long as accounting and aviation rules require, normally several years after travel. Access requests from agencies that do not join are deleted after 24 months. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months. Accounts are kept while the agency relationship lasts.
Cookies
The platform uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember a trusted device and protect forms. The public website may also use analytics cookies to understand how it is used; you can block these in your browser without affecting the portal.
Security
Access is limited by agency and role, administrators confirm their sign-in with a one-time email code, repeated failed sign-ins are blocked, and every sensitive action is logged. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or to object to how we use it. Passengers should normally contact the travel agency that made their booking first; we will help that agency respond. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the platform changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions or requests: management@ccs-global.net.
