Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Blocks Master (the “platform”), operated by Client Care Solutions CCS-Global (“we”, “us”). By signing in or making a booking you accept them on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent.
1. Who may use the platform
The platform is for licensed travel businesses and their authorised staff only. Accounts are opened by invitation or approval. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Accounts and security
Each agency is responsible for everything done under its accounts, including by its staff, clients and sub-agencies. Keep passwords private, do not share accounts, and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. We may suspend an account to protect the platform or other users.
3. Fares and availability
Seats, fares, baggage allowances and schedules are published by the agencies that own or share the inventory. Prices are shown in the currency of your agency at the rates maintained on the platform and are confirmed only when a booking is completed. We do not guarantee availability and are not the carrier.
4. Wallets and payment
Bookings are paid from prepaid wallets. A booking can be made only when the paying wallet holds enough balance. Wallet balances are not interest-bearing, are not transferable except as the platform allows, and every movement is recorded in the ledger.
5. Bookings, holds and tickets
- A confirmed booking is charged to the wallet immediately and e-ticket numbers are issued.
- Where the operating agency allows holds, seats may be held for the period offered. Any hold fee is charged when the hold is made, is added to the booking total and is not refundable, including if the hold expires or is released — except when the flight itself is cancelled by the operator.
- A held booking must be issued before its deadline or it is cancelled automatically and the seats are released. An issued hold is charged the fare shown when it was held.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of passenger names and travel documents, and for making sure passengers hold valid passports, visas and health documents for their journey.
6. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation fees and refunds follow the cancellation policy of the agency whose inventory was sold, as shown before you confirm. Refunds are credited to the wallet that paid. Operators may change or cancel flights; affected agencies are notified and are responsible for informing their passengers.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform: no attempts to access other agencies’ data, bypass security or limits, scrape it, resell access, or make speculative or fictitious bookings. Personal data you enter must be collected and shared lawfully.
8. Data protection
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Each agency remains responsible for the passenger data it enters.
9. Liability
The platform is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for acts or omissions of carriers, operators or other agencies, or for interruptions outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we received from your agency in the three months before it arose.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, its software and design belong to us or our licensors. Agencies keep the rights to their own logos and content, and allow us to display them on their tickets and pages.
11. Suspension and ending
Either side may end the relationship on notice. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, any remaining wallet balance is settled between the agencies concerned according to their own arrangements.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
