What Blocks Master is

Blocks Master is a business-to-business platform for distributing charter and block airline seats. An agency that has bought a block of seats loads it once; its own staff, its sub-agencies and its partner agencies then sell from it, each at their own prices, from their own branded portal, against a wallet the agency funds.

It replaces the spreadsheets and WhatsApp messages that usually sit between a seat block and the person selling it: availability, pricing, holds, ticketing, cancellations, refunds and reconciliation all happen in one place, and every movement is recorded.

Who it is for

• Consolidators and charter operators holding blocks they need to distribute.
• Travel agencies selling those seats to their own clients.
• Partner systems — an online travel agent or another portal — connecting through the Partner API.

Who operates it

Blocks Master is built and operated by Client Care Solutions CCS-Global, 37 Abdel Razak Al Sanhouri, Nasr City, Cairo. We build and run software for the travel industry.

We are not an airline and not a travel agency. We do not sell seats ourselves and we are not the carrier: the agencies on the platform contract with each other and with their passengers.
